Our Data Processing Agreement sets out how Discoverable processes personal data on your behalf under GDPR and similar laws.
Roles
You are the data controller and Discoverable is the data processor for the data you submit to the service.
Processing
We process personal data only on your documented instructions, to provide the service.
Security
We apply encryption in transit and at rest, access controls, and logging. Subprocessors are bound by equivalent terms.
